Full Journal pdf2007-04-20 House Journal Page 0854 HB 149 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 19, 2007, calendar (page 836), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 149(RES) "An Act relating to the authority of the Department of Environmental Conservation to require certain monitoring, sampling, and reporting and to require permits for certain discharges of pollutants; relating to criminal penalties for violations of the permit program; and providing for an effective date." 2007-04-20 House Journal Page 0855 The question being: "Shall CSHB 149(RES) pass the House?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 149(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
